At present, in order to improve the performance of spiral groove mechanical seals, the structural parameters of seals are mostly adjusted based on the experience of designers. The integration degree of existing mechanical seal performance research examples is low, and the whole performance optimization process lacks of scientific theoretical framework to guide. In order to solve this problem, combining the axiomatic design theory with the existing mechanical seal performance research, a structural optimization method of spiral groove mechanical seal based on axiomatic design theory was put forward. This method defines the mapping relationship between the three-level functional requirement domain and the design parameter domain of the spiral groove mechanical seal, and thus develops 14×14 diagonal optimization matrix. The research results show that the introduction of axiomatic design provides a basic theoretical framework for the performance optimization of spiral groove mechanical seals and decomposes the optimization process into several design modules, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of the optimization design of spiral groove mechanical seals and has good application value.
摘要
目前提升螺旋槽机械密封性能, 多依赖于设计者经验来调整密封结构参数, 对已有机械密封性能研究实例整合度不高, 整个性能优化流程缺乏科学的理论框架指导。针对该问题, 将公理设计理论结合现有的机械密封性能研究, 提出了基于公理设计理论的螺旋槽机械密封结构优化方法。该方法定义了螺旋槽机械密封的3层次功能需求域和设计参数域之间的映射关系, 并由此发展了14×14的对角优化矩阵。研究结果表明引入公理设计为螺旋槽机械密封性能优化提供了基础理论框架, 将优化流程分解为多个设计模块, 提高了螺旋槽机械密封优化设计的效率和准确性, 具有较好的应用价值。
