Application of ergonomics to layout design of manned submersible
人机工效在载人潜水器布局设计中的应用

Manned submersible is a complex man-machine-environment system, ergonomics design is an indispensable link in layout design of manned submersible, the advantages and disadvantages of ergonomics design will directly affect the operation and maintenance efficiency of submersible. This paper introduces the application of ergonomics to the equipment layout design of submersible and the layout design of manned cabin. Firstly, in terms of the principle of equipment layout design, the stability, maintainability, operation requirements and electromagnetic compatibility of manned submersible are comprehensively considered to partition the equipment layout, and accessibility and extravehicular light environment design are also considered. Then, from the aspects of manned cockpit hole parameters, equipment layout, hatch access ladder and light environment design in cabin, the ergonomics-oriented cabin layout design process is expounded.
摘要
载人潜水器是一个复杂的人-机-环系统,人机工效设计是载人潜水器布局设计中不可或缺的一个环节,其优劣将直接影响到潜水器运维效率。简述了人机工效学在潜水器的设备布局设计和载人舱内布局设计中的应用。从设备布局设计原则出发,综合考虑载人潜水器稳性、维护性、作业需求、电磁兼容等因素进行设备布局分区,并兼顾可达性及舱外光环境设计。从载人舱开孔参数、舱内设备布局、舱口出入梯及舱内光环境设计等方面,阐述了以人机工效学为导向的舱内布局设计流程。
