Study on experiment platform for flight control system of general aircraft
通用飞机飞控系统地面验证试验平台研究

Currently, the development of general aircraft is a new hotspot in the field of domestic civil aviation. But the development of general aircraft R & D is relatively lag comparing to the military and commercial transport aircraft, and lack of validation and experiment platform for flight control system. Based on the necessity, basic design principles of the experiment platform and the test items of general aircraft, a design scheme of the general platform was proposed. The scheme was composed of the human-aircraft interface subsystem, hardware construction environment subsystem, aircraft motion simulation subsystem, signal acquisition/processing subsystem and so on. At the same time, the flight simulation and test of man-in-loop are realized. This platform is used to test the flight control system characteristics of an electric general aircraft. The test results demonstrated that the platform is stable and reliable, and can resolve the problem of general aircraft fight control system testing effectively.
摘要
通用飞机研制目前是国内民用航空领域的新兴热点,相比于军用与大型民用飞机,我国在通用飞机研发领域发展相对滞后,缺少适用于通用飞机飞行控制系统的验证试验平台。在研究试验平台必要性、设计原则以及试验要求的基础上,提出了一种通用的试验平台设计方案。建立了人机接口、铁鸟台架、飞机运动仿真、数据采集与处理等子系统,实现了人在环的飞行模拟与试验。利用该平台对某型电动通用飞机飞行控制系统特性进行测试,试验结果表明该平台运行稳定可靠,可有效解决通用飞机飞行控制系统地面验证试验问题,从而提高通用飞机研发效率。
