Calculation method of radiation heat flux field for quartz lamp array for the constant diameter cabins of missile

A rapid calculation method was proposed for the heat flux field of the cylindrical quartz lamp array for the ground thermal test of the constant diameter cabin of missile under multi-elements mesh for the semi-cylinder of the filament. The irradiation criteria of each lamp in the outer and inner heating array were also present, which contributed to the change trend of the irradiation range along with the order of element. The effect of the different number of elements on the distribution of heat flux was discussed. Then the model for heating of cabin with single lamp was established. It shows the good consistency between the calculated results of heat flux by using the finite element software and the analytic method. So the validity of the analytical method was verified, which could effectively support the rapid update of the thermal test design for the cabins of missile with constant diameter.
摘要
针对导弹等直径舱段地面热试验中的结构表面热流场快速计算, 提出了灯丝半圆柱面采用多个网格划分时圆柱形石英灯阵列辐射热流场解析计算方法, 推导了外加热和内加热阵列中单根石英灯照射范围判据, 得到了照射范围随微元顺序的变化规律, 分析了不同网格数量下热流密度分布差异。建立舱段单灯辐射加热有限元模型, 热流计算结果与解析法相比一致性良好, 说明了该计算方法的正确性, 对于导弹等直径舱段热试验设计的快速迭代具有重要的支撑作用。
