Radome is an important structural component for protecting an aircraft′s radar antenna and is usually located in the nose part of the aircraft. A method for evaluating the reliability and sensitivity of a honeycomb sandwich composite radome structure subjected to wind loads during operation is developed in this paper. A finite element model of the radome structure is established, and the static strength and modal analysis are carried out. With uncertainty factors taken into account, the reliability model of the radome structure is established, and its failure probability and global sensitivity indexes are calculated with the neural network′s surrogate model and the Monte Carlo method. Then the failure probability and global sensitivity indexes based on the failure probability are compared in different threshold cases. The safety level of the composite radome structure is clarified after reliability analysis. Key variables that have large influences on structural response are obtained after global sensitivity analysis, providing some guidance for the optimal design of a composite radome structure.
摘要
雷达罩通常位于飞机的机头部分,是保护飞机雷达天线的重要结构件。文中提出了一种蜂窝夹层复合材料雷达罩结构在工作过程中受风载作用下的可靠性与灵敏度分析方法。建立雷达罩结构的有限元模型,对其进行静强度和模态分析。考虑不确定性因素,建立了雷达罩结构可靠性模型,利用神经网络代理模型和Monte Carlo法计算了雷达罩结构的失效概率和全局灵敏度指标,并在不同阈值情况下对失效概率和基于失效概率的全局灵敏度指标变化情况进行对比分析。经过可靠性分析,明确了复合材料雷达罩结构的安全水平。经过全局灵敏度分析,得到了对结构响应影响较大的关键变量,为工程实际中复合材料雷达罩结构的优化设计提供了一定的指导。
